1. Make sure your skin is clean and dry
2. After cleansing your face, remove the mask from foil packet. The mask has three layers. Unfold and separate the middle, bio cellulose layer. Hold the mask in front of you, aligning the eyes, nose, and mouth.
3. Apply to face. You can lift and reposition as necessary. Massage air bubbles to the edge of the mask
4. Leave on for 20 minutes. During this time, why not do something that makes you happy and calm - read, listen to a nice playlist, close your eyes for a quick meditation, or catch up with someone who makes you feel good
5. Remove and gently pat excess serum into skin. We recommend that you use the extra serum in the foil package if you want added nourishment
6. Pat off excess moisture and apply further skincare products or makeup to get started with your day. For night time use, leave the moisture on your face to wake up with more nourished and hydrated skin
